Four

Whelp, today is September 2nd. Which can only mean that this here website is now four years old. It also means that the days are getting shorter, the weather is getting colder, and that (in about a month’s time) I’ll have been living in the Bay Area for two years.

In other news I’ve been extremely busy as of late which has meant fewer posts, few new features, and other such boringness with the aging site. Thanks for sticking around. I promise we’ll carve out some time one of these weekends to roll out something fun.

I still remember the day when Walt came up with iwalt.com — I’m fairly certain you were interning at Macromedia at the time, right Walt? It was right towards the very end of your term there. The Web hasn’t quite been the same since… :) Congratulations on four years of well-written, consistent content.

Thanks! The Bay Area in the late 90s was a very special time and place to be a part of. There was madness in any direction, at any hour. You couldn’t help but register a domain name and build out your personal website. =-) You could strike sparks anywhere.
